全身性紅斑狼瘡為慢性、原因不明之炎性疾病，可侵犯身體各種器官或組織，是一種典型的全身性自體免疫疾病。
護理指導內容：
◆避免日曬（打傘、戴帽、穿長袖衣、日光燈加燈罩）煙酒及過度疲勞，而導致病情之惡化。
◆關節疼痛時宜臥床休息，患處予適當支托，維持舒適臥位。
◆保持皮膚清潔，經常修剪指甲，勿抓破皮膚，以免感染。
◆自我觀察皮下出血狀況，注射時，採較細之針頭，儘量避免肌肉注射。
◆女病人如考慮懷孕時，必須在醫師的治療計劃下配合進行。
◆儘量少進出公共場所或空氣污濁之場合。
◆經常保持口腔清潔，可採軟毛牙刷刷牙，注意個人衛生習慣養成。
◆注意採溫和飲食，忌食太多醣類，脂肪及刺激性食物。
◆每天定時測量體重，如有下肢水腫情形，應將下肢抬高，避免長時間站立。
◆在發病期，57～78％的病人有貧血現象，故有輕度貧血時不需輸血，一般在經過治療後，紅素可在數週內恢復正常。
◆在治療期中，儘量與醫護人員合作，並共同擬定活動與休息之計劃表。
◆了解疾病之各種症狀和藥物的使用方法及副作用，使病情能控制良好，並減少藥品之併發症。
◆定期門診追蹤，配合醫囑服藥，並與大夫密切聯繫。
◆生活規律，充分休息，注意營養，定期門診作常規檢查。
◆如有發燒、血尿、紫斑、神智不清、抽痙等症狀，立即求診。i want an affair
