一. 腹痛的性質：
1.脹痛：胃腸裡有很多空氣，感覺肚子脹。
2.絞痛：好像把東西絞轉的痛。
3.刺痛：好像用針刺般的痛。
4.(灼熱感)火燒心：胃裡面在燒得痛。
二. 發生的原因：
常見的原因有－
1.飢餓過度會引起上腹部疼痛。
2.暴飲暴食會引起腹痛及上吐下瀉，急性腸胃炎，急性胃炎。
3.曾有膽結石或長期大量喝酒的人，會突然有上腹部痛，嘔吐、發燒之情形。
4.腹部開刀過的人，可能因腸阻塞引起腹痛。
5.消化性潰瘍。
6.腎結石、尿道炎、膀胱炎等。
三. 返家後應注意事項：
1.輕微噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉，先禁食6小時後，再吃少量流質，然後再慢慢恢復正常飲食。
2.採少量多餐，避免刺激性食物如菸、酒、咖啡、 辛辣或油膩之食物。
3.按照醫師指示定時服藥。
4.若有下列情況應立即就醫：發燒、持續腹痛、噁心、嘔吐、腹部反彈痛、腹部疼痛轉移至右下腹部、咳嗽或移動時感到腹痛、盜汗、皮膚濕 冷及蒼白等。cheaters caught
